alter/cancel existing membership
to alter or cancel an existing membership, fill out the form below. management will look into your membership and respond within 48 hours. If you are changing your method of payment, expect a call within 48 hours.
Change membership:
If you would like to change your membership (ex. 3 month contract to 12 year) you can do so with 30 days notice. Note: If within 29 days, you will be billed at your current rate for 1 more month before the update takes effect
Cancel Membership after contracted agreement period:
after the contracted agreement period is over, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis. you can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days notice. Note: If within 29 days, you will be billed for one more month and have access before membership is terminated
Early contract cancellation:
as stated in the membership agreement, If you choose to cancel your contract mid-term..You will be required to pay the sum of the remaining amount of your contract and/or any outstanding balances and fees unless cancellation is due to moving 30+ miles away or severe injury or illness. Proof of address/ medical note required in such circumstances.
