Eric LaPointe

ERIC has been involved in powerlifting since 2015. He drives long term progress via precise programming and effective communication, along with advanced spreadsheets and coaching tools.

erics coaching style is straightforward, rooted in both research and practical knowledge, with a background focus on mentality and approach. He thoughtfully caters his approach to the strengths and challenges of each athlete to draw out the best in them.

on meet day, Erics years of experience with game-day coaching and strategy helps athletes perform at their best and gain an edge over their competition.

to date He has worked with well over 100 athletes of all skill levels, many of which have developed into elite lifters on National AND INTERNATIONAL Platforms.

Bennett Pike (NASM-CPT)

Bennett grew up in Hampton, New Hampshire and played football and wrestled all four years of high school, serving as senior captain on the wrestling team. He is currently majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. Bennett has been lifting for eight years and more recently has begun competing in and coaching powerlifting. Having worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages, he brings both a long-term training perspective and a commitment to strength sport to his coaching.

Bennett’s foundation is built through hands-on experience in multiple performance settings as a coach and trainer. This includes working directly on gym floors to help correct form and ensure athletes train safely and effectively, leading 1-on-1 training sessions (including new lifters) to build confidence and structure their training, and coaching large group fitness classes while delivering instruction and individualized modifications.

His powerlifting coaching involves individualized programming and regular communication, he has progressed lifters and coached them through successful meet-day performances. His coaching style draws from his experience and is grounded in evidence-based principles. He emphasizes good technique, intelligent rates of progression, long-term development, and sustainable progress.
